4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times typically take 1–3 business days before shipment.
Estimated delivery times are 7–20 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier issues. We are not liable for delays once your order has been dispatched.


5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (pillows and bedding), all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care of the product
