We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our product and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of pillows and bedding products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers and to comply with hygiene regulations.
Once a pillow has left our warehouse, it is considered used and cannot be resold for sanitary reasons.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at supportpostura@protonmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video showing the damage or defect

If approved, we will send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
We do not issue refunds for damaged items — replacements only.


Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside of our control.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
