  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–20 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs clearance delays.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 3–5 business days to become active.


4. Shipping Fees

  • We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local courier for assistance.
